Industry Leadership Award is for individuals working in surgical robotics who have demonstrated one or more of the following during the previous 12 months:-

• Outstanding business or commercial success, including enterprise transformation
• Highly effective management, R&D or clinical techniques
• Recognition as a leader by colleagues, customers or the public
• A track record as a thought leader
• An ethical stance or promotion of a respectful, supportive work environment
• Being an excellent role model or inspiring others in the industry
